When do I get a letter of recommendation?
On every successful completion of a 4-week rotation, you receive a LOR signed by your attending in the hospital/clinic letterhead. Each LOR is based on the merits of your individual performance.
Do I need to complete ECFMG registration?
No, ECFMG registration is not required for clinical rotations. We also accept candidates who are in their final year of medical school.

Hematology-Oncology, General Internal Medicine, Nephrology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Neurology-Psychiatry, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Family Medicine and Pathology.
How many LORs do I need?
Although there is no upper cap, almost all residency programs in the USA require at least 3 LORs from certified US physicians.
When should I ideally start my clinical rotations?
There is no fixed time, you can start even during the final year of your medical school and return back to your country to complete any internship requirements.

Are USMLE scores required?
No, USMLE scores are not mandatory to enrol for a US clinical rotation, either telemedicine or hands-on/observership.

We will assist you with all the necessary documentation, including visa letters. However, we don’t accept any guarantee of securing your visa.
